Cancellation & Deposit Policy

Bells & Balance is a single-therapist practice, so a booked slot is time held just for you. This policy keeps things fair: it protects your appointment and respects the time reserved for you.

The $30 deposit

• A $30 deposit is required to confirm and hold your appointment.
• The deposit is applied to your total — it’s not an extra charge. You pay the rest at your session.
• Deposits are processed securely through Stripe. See our Terms of Service for payment details.

The 24-hour cancellation window

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 24 hours before your appointment.

• Cancel or reschedule 24+ hours ahead: no problem. Your deposit is applied to a rescheduled session, or refunded if you prefer.
• Cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice (late cancel): the $30 deposit may be kept to cover the reserved time.
• No-show (missing your appointment without telling us): the deposit is forfeited, and a fee of up to the full service price may apply.

Running late

Life happens — if you’re running behind, call or text 469-850-3306 as soon as you can. We’ll do our best to fit in your full session, but if a later start would run into the next client, your session may be shortened to the time remaining, at the full rate.

If Kyle has to cancel

If we ever have to cancel or reschedule on our end, you’ll get your choice of a new time or a full refund of your deposit — no hassle.

A note on flexibility

We understand emergencies and genuine surprises come up. If something unexpected happens, reach out — we handle these case by case and would rather work with you than penalize you.
