The ground rules for using this site and booking with Bells & Balance.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply when you use the Bells & Balance Massage website or book an appointment with us. By using the site or booking a session, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
You may use this site to learn about our services, book appointments, and manage your account. Please use it lawfully and don’t try to disrupt it, access other people’s accounts, or misuse the booking system. We may update, pause, or change parts of the site at any time.
Some features require an account. You’re responsible for the information you provide and for keeping your login details private. Please give us accurate information, especially the health details covered in our Privacy Policy, so we can serve you safely. Let us know if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
Booking an appointment requires a $30 deposit to hold your slot, which is applied to your total. Cancellations, rescheduling, no-shows, and late-cancel fees are covered in our Cancellation & Deposit Policy, which is part of these Terms. Please read it before you book.
Deposits and payments are handled by Stripe, our third-party payment processor. When you pay, you’re also subject to Stripe’s terms and privacy practices. We don’t see or store your full card number. Prices are in U.S. dollars and any applicable taxes may be added. If a charge looks wrong, contact us and we’ll work with you to sort it out.
Massage therapy at Bells & Balance is provided for relaxation and general wellness. It is not a substitute for medical care, diagnosis, or treatment. Please review our Massage Consent & Liability note, which is part of these Terms and explains your responsibility to disclose health conditions and the therapist’s right to decline or stop a session when massage may not be safe.
The Bells & Balance name, logo, text, images, and design on this site belong to Bells & Balance Massage (or are used with permission). Please don’t copy, reproduce, or reuse them for your own commercial purposes without our written consent. You keep ownership of the information you submit, but you allow us to use it to provide our services.
The website is provided “as is.” We work to keep it accurate and available, but we don’t promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. Information on the site is general and not medical advice.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Bells & Balance Massage and Kyle will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or booking system. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question. Nothing here limits any liability that can’t be limited under Texas law. This section does not change your rights and our responsibilities under a professional massage-therapy standard of care.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the “Last updated” date above. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
